Q. Hi Our Brother PT-2730 printer has stopped working we use this mainly for TZ 24mm stencil tape Would this printer carry out the same similar functions ? Thanks
A. The Brother PT-D600VP is compatible with Genuine Brother TZEM951 TZe-M951 24mm Labelling Tape (BLACK ON MATTE SILVER). The PT-D600VP is comparable in functions to the Brother PT-2730.
Q. What's in the box please
A. Hi, Included in the box with the Brother PT-D600VP is an AC adaptor, AC adaptor power cord, Carry case, 24mm black on white tape cassette (4m), USB cable, User guide and a Warranty card.
Q. Can you please tell me what the equivalent is to the Brother pt-1280 label maker, as I have bought the cartridges and the adapter for it and I will not be able to get another model! Thank you in advance!
A. There are various Brother label printers part of the P-Touch range which also use the same tapes/cartridges as the PT-1280 such as the Brother PT-D600VP, Brother PT-D450VP and the Brother PT-D210VP. These three models also come with their own AC adapters, if you would like any more information or advise on these machines our sales team would be happy to help on 0800 840 1992.
Q. Ref the Brother PT-D600VP Label Printer. We have a very old Brother label printer and looking at replacing it with this one. We have 6 TZE151 tapes left, will they fit this one as it says it takes TZE251 tapes. Also when connected Windows, will be able to use Gill Sans MT font. Many thanks
A. Hi, The Brother PT-D600VP will take the Brother TZE151 labeling tape. Yes if Gill Sans MT font is installed on Windows it will print that.
Q. We have an old PT500 that I wish to replace with a model that is WIN10 compatible. We use TZe tapes 6/12/18 & 24. The PT-D600VP looks a suitable replacement - does the PT-D600VP definitely work with windows 10?
A. Yes, the Brother PT-D600VP is compatible with a Windows 10 operating system. It can also handle various TZe tapes from 12mm to 3.5mm in width.
